If you’re on this page, it could be for many reasons. You might want a tune-up for your HVAC systems in your home or office, you could need repairs, or you may need a new installation. Whatever the case may be, Pacific Heat and Air Inc. can help you with your HVAC needs in Roseville, California.

If you’re looking for preventative maintenance, a twice per year tune-up and inspection is a must. The reason you want to get your systems checked twice per year is that different parts of the HVAC system are used to cool and heat the air. Furthermore, it’s better to check for dust accumulation in your systems as even 1/6 of an inch of dust on your coils can raise your utility costs. A tune up will ensure that your systems are running at their best and ensures the longevity of each unit.

Now, if your HVAC systems are causing any of the following problems, it’s best to get an experienced and professional HVAC expert out to check them:

  1. Loud noises made by your furnace
  2. Off-smelling odors flowing through your home
  3. Your AC unit fails to cool your area, and your furnace fails to heat
  4. You have higher humidity than normal
  5. Your electricity bills spike in their costs

These are all signs that your HVAC systems will need a closer inspection. If your systems need multiple repairs before the ten-year mark, it may be time to consider a new install for your home or office needs. If it is time for a new install, our HVAC professionals can perform calculations, measurements, and assess what kind of equipment your environment needs for proper climate control.

Contact the team at Pacific Heat and Air Inc. if you need a team of highly skilled HVAC professionals. We always offer honest pricing, will walk you through any concerns you have, and address your immediate needs promptly. About Roseville, California

maidu town historic sighting

What’s impressive about Roseville is the amount of history that has been documented by Leonard “Duke” Davis, who many people consider the foremost authority of the history of this city. With the information that dates to the pre-1850s leading all the way to the 2000s, we can learn much about what Roseville really was like before Roseville became a “thing”.

Before any settlers moved into Roseville, the land in the area had many thick groves of valley oaks, wildflowers that immersed the area with beauty, and several streams that flowed through the countryside. The native civilization count that lived in the area was well over 300,000 people with over 60 languages. The southern Maidu occupied much of this space which encompassed the Sacramento River all the way to the edge of the Sierras.

The population of the Maidu rapidly dropped through the tragedy of diseases and the Maidu people being forcibly removed from their homelands. Despite this, Maidu descendants currently live in Placer County and still celebrate many of the traditions of their past elders.

Now, moving towards the 1850s gold rush, many people flocked to the area to find gold. The land that encompassed Roseville was ignored at first because the land was thought to be devoid of gold. After the spark of the gold rush went away, many settlers sought the land nearby for their agricultural opportunities. Over time, settlers bought land, built ranchers, farmed, and grew families.

If we fast forward through time, we can see that Roseville has quickly grown over the past few decades. A technology boom hit Roseville in the 90s that had companies like Hewlett-Packard open up in the city. Roseville also brought in highly specialized medical services, high-tech services, and saw an increase of nearby colleges and universities.

We have just barely covered the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the rich history of Roseville. As mentioned above, Leonard “Duke” Davis is known as the foremost authority on the history of Roseville because he has documented family history, various events, and so much more to do with Roseville. If you’re looking to learn more, we encourage you to look at his work.
